40’s Dress
I dress in 1940 and need some help?
This year, the school I want to do something different with my style. I really want to dress 40 years but I need to know where I can get an idea of exactly what they had and how they wore. And the makeup and hair. Also I have to know and store line where you would find this type of clothing. Suggestions please?

As far as clothes go, knee-length skirts high heels and structured jackets are fairly typical of the era. As this military-inspired clothing (remember it was wartime).
