where can i find the polka dot dress advertised on playtex tampons?

does anyone know where i can find or who made the dress with polka dots. the dots start off small and get bigger down the skirt of the dress…its like a holter cocktail dress they have it in an advertisment in magazines for playtex tampons…the girl is wearing a pink one…they also have it in black and white and i’ve seen green but i cant find it anywhere

I actually bought the exact dress three years ago before the commercials came out. I do not think it is available anymore. Mine is black and white, and I’m not sure if there are other colors, or if they just adjusted colors in the magazines. The dress was about $40 at Macy’s.
